  1. “My children do not have to remain under the curse of the past.” I love this!

    It is easy to feel like you have ruined your children, if something happens and you have “failed” them in some way. This goes for all children, not just adopted ones with tragic pasts.

    Every day is a new day in Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit makes all things new through the blood of Jesus–including every day! So we do not have to accept that bad habits and poor character traits in our children are theirs forever, just because we parents may have messed up somewhere. Praise God!
