  1. I actually went to the store yesterday and bought a couple of cute notebooks (well, 'nice' ones for the boys). I'm going to write down my prayers for the kids in individual notebooks and one day…when they are married, I hope to give them to them. This book inspired me to do that. 🙂 You are right, it is hard to write out prayers. It takes discipline, and we sometimes think that “Oh, I'll remember that!!” But I often forget my victories as well. What a good word! 🙂

  3. I love the imagery of the written word being a Hearld. I have many prayer journals and so my prayers and thoughts for everyone and everything are scattered throughout all kinds of different spaces. I do however want to write specific requests/verses about my kids in a more central location. I would love to be able to pull them out at a later time and allow the words to wash over me anew. Thanks.
