  1. Wow! I never would of guessed that! (him crying in the middle of the night was because he was secure and wanting that attachment with you!!) And I've never actually considered it, but yes, in orphanages I would think they would have to compete for the scarce caregivers! how sad! Good post!! Definitely brings up prayer points that I have never considered! For Liam, well, he sleeps in our hallway. LOL. When Adam was deployed, he slept with me (or his siblings). Now he sleeps in our hallway, face smashed against the railing at the top of the stairs. It used to bug us, but now we just laugh. I think it makes him feel secure, even tho the floor has to be uncomfortable. Of course if Troy or Danielle are home, he is with them. His room basically houses an unused bed, toys that he barely plays with, and a desk for our “office”…which is basically a pile of papers and books! Ha ha!
