My CFS doctor posted a link to this workout on his facebook page last year and I had to check it out. The fifteen minute workout is recommended for chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.
T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus is a fifteen minute time-saving workout. It uses compound comprehensive muscle movements, working each muscle group from where it is attached at the spine. It maximizes muscle development, the workout is based on quality, not quantity.
